I'm trying to find the origin of an "Outlaw" (not NASCAR legal) stock car that came from upstate NY in the '71 time period and wondering if there was a racing newsletter during the time that it may have been listed in under the classifieds. The person that bought the car was from Long Island, so I assume the newsletter would have been distributed over a large enough area to cover that. Does anyone have any ideas? Also, if I know the car number, is there a way to track down any info that way? Thanks, Mike
