Hey Josie,
I commissioned some research from a team at Cambridge University, it was kinda like a time and motion study, we all had to fill in an infinite amount of boxes wiv how much time was spent on each activity.
This was all in a perverse atttempt to increase productivity, but I realised that for all the work that went into making the study as comprehensive as possible, there was not a "smiles" box?
