Word magazine (UK) - top 10 albums of 2004 (no order)
Henrik, Excellent Site! Here's another top 10 album list (no order) for 2004. The list comes from the well regarded Word magazine here in the UK. I think the publication has been around for around 3-4 years and I would say it is in the same vein as UNCUT magazine : It focus's on Films, Books & Music. - Kanye West : The College Dropout - Franz Ferdinand : Franz Ferdinand - Scissor Sisters : Scissor Sisters - K.D. Lang : Hymns Of The 49th Parallel - The Finn Brothers : Everyone Is Here - The Killers : Hot Fuss - Loretta Lynn : Van Lear Rose - Morrissey : You Are The Quarry - U2 : How To Dismantle An Atomic Bomb - Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds : Abattoir Blues/The Lyre Of Orpheus BTW - I've also got the 2004 Top 10 album lists from The Times, The Daily Telegraph and The Sun (ubiquitous tabloid!) - but I'm not sure whether these would qualify. |
