Henrik, I think you've got this one already. The best songs of the 90s were published in RDL 165 in July 1999, but did not include songs from the year 1999:

Well, in a first moment, I did not have in mind to send lists of spanish music, but if you're interested I could post the most recent list of Rockdelux with the 100 best albums of spanish music (in RDL 223, to celebrate the 20 years of the magazine).
But the next post will be the best 150 CDs of the 90s.
