That's what I found when I tried to get hold of copies of them, I got creative visualisation via interlibrary loan & they did have 1 other but as it is on the system as out since 1996, they don't hold much hope of getting it. I think there must be other books which are of a similar thread. One I have recently purchased is on Emotional Freedom Technique which is good & when I read it, found that I already knew this technique. It is one that the TV hypnotist, Paul McKenna used on one of his shows to help with weight loss. I have used it on myself with excellent results. I can give you the details if you are interested.
