I keep getting a message on my phone saying either "External Speaker Off" or "External Speaker On". When the message appears, it beeps and I always think I have a new voice-mail or text, and when I'm in class, it interrupts the teaching. When I charge the phone while it's still on, instead of the message appearing and beeping, my phone simply turns off.
The same problem happened to me a couple months ago, and then stopped without me doing anything. I know I didn't push any buttons to make this activate because when I went into work it wasn't doing it, and I left it in the car. When I got out from work, it started doing this. I read the manual for about 2 hours tring to find anything about that message, but I had no luck. I also took it to a Verizon (which is my network) and they had no clue why it was doing this. I have no earphones plugged in.
