o.k.- hello everyone- i am the current GAMRA (Gulf Area MiniRoadracing Association) president and Race Director and visit your forum from time to time to watch for progress on the repaving (or lack thereof) of the Springridge facility. have you considered renting Bakers Creek in Decatur,Alabama? if any of you have been there you know it is a very nice track- though not cheap to access.i realize that in our current economic environment that travel is expensive- (both Jackson and Saucier are appx. 6 hours for me)but if we want to race we hafta travel. i have the contact info if you are interested. you can contact me via e-mail for any specific details as i hosted a Mini/Supermoto trackday at BTK last year... thanks, Keith Montgomery |
