Dear Mr Marchesini,
I have now returned to my own country and I would like to express my thanks
to you and your staff for our fabulous holiday we've just had in Venice.
Booking the apartment could not have been simpler; I have been visiting your
city for many years now but this time it was the best ever. The Arsenale
apartment we rented is fantastic, so close to San Marco, the views are
great... and not too expensive either.
Your staff (especially Manuel) were always courteous and very helpful. I
cannot thank you enough for the way you handled the situation when I had to
contact you late at night because I had broken my key into the door lock; in
no time you had the Fire Brigade to turn up and open the door for us.
Everything was done in such a way that it seemed a regular event for you!!
I will surely tell all my colleagues at the hospital where I work and I hope
to be able to reserve the same apartment for my future visit to Venice.
