Hey Cloe,
I use jungle Fungus Guard and it usually works great. One time I brought a guppy home from the petshop that ended up braking out in an incurable case of fungus. Even though I treated it with two different anti-fungal medications it just kept getting worse. I eventually had to destroy the fish. If you can seperate this fish I would do so immediately. If you don't have an extra tank you're going to have to decide if it's worth taking the chance of infecting all of your fish or if it might be more humane to just put the fish down.
