Hi Jon and all,
Thanks so much for the information. I believe you are right about the PH because it certainly doesn't seem to be hurting any of them. They are happy as can be.
As far as the PH Down is concerned, two drops per gallon is all I did within a 24 hr period, and that is supposed to lower the PH 2 tenths (From 7 to 6. . I don't think that has caused them any stress.
But, we'll see. I am going to discontinue the chemicals now anyway since there should be some biological filtration beginning to happen. (Yes ...I threw my fish into a fresh tank without preparing it first...) I know...shame shame.
