Hi,
It sounds like this is probably an internal parasite. The pink thing coming out of her but is probably part of the worm. It would be best to treat all of your tanks. Jungle makes three different products for internel parasites. The first is Pepso-food. I've tried this in the past but couldn't get my fish to eat it. The other two are medications that you put into the tank and they are Internal Parasite Guard and Parasite clear. I haven't used them yet so I can't make a reccommendation. From what I've read internal parasites are pretty common in fish. In larger fish they usually live in harmony with there host and are very hard to diagnose. Being that a guppy is a smaller fish, they tend to cause more problems.
