to be fair, i didn't progress too far with my economics studies - decided to go in a different direction - so you may be privy to techniques and approaches they did in the semester after I left. But I always got the impression that the key to a successful business - especially one so dependent upon repeat business and local goodwill - was an acute understanding of the local community, its tastes and needs, its demographic.
So presumably you have a hefty, multi-page A4 business plan outlining the huge amount of in-depth research that's been done to justify a venture which, to the untrained eye, seems like one of the most ridiculous enterprises since the Sinclair C5? |
