Where are you getting your information? We didn't lose, quite the contrary, the courts ordered Elizabeth and her attorneys to provide us an accounting of everything since the day dad died. Pretty good reading. Of course since it was prepared by the Bank of Hawaii's tax team, Francis Lui Kwan and based on input from Elizabeth's accountant Michael Gould and her attorney Robert Jones in Atascadero, it is full of HOLES.
For instance, on the day dad died Elizabeth, the grieving widow, was in the Bank of Hawaii withdrawing money from Dad's accounts and opening 4 accounts in HER name only for over $182,000. THE DAY HE DIED. So much for the grieving widow. The Bank of Hawaii have asked to be relieved as co-trustee, probably because they realize they have their TIT in the RINGER!
Also Elizabeth paid $1700 to have dad cremated 9 hours after he died. Yeah, I'm a Nancy Drew alright, that's how we find these things out genius! And then Elizabeth reimbursed HERSELF for this expense.
No my friend, we are in a far better position that someone is tell you. Where do you get YOUR information? Elizabeth was in the court with us, she should remember what happened.
Her accountant Michael Gould from Paso Robles and Robert Jones lied on the tax returns. They were paid collectively over $58,000 and told the IRS they only received $5,000 each. But that is up to the IRS to go after them. We just reported it.
They didn't mention the $314,000 judgment for the sale of the ARkansas property nor did they report the Victorville property that was foreclosed on due to not paying taxes and HOA. So much for relying on Michael Gould the accountant. Who by the way, won't speak to any of the beneficiaries. Neither will Robert Jones the attorney. Nice little tight set up they seem to have.
This was my father's estate, and he had everything laid out BEFORE he became ill. Elizabeth and her attorney made up documents, prepared and presented them to my Dad in a 100% incapacitated state and said "Here sign this". The Bank of Hawaii is in trouble because they went along with everything and KNEW as early as November 2004 what was going on and yet they continued to act as if it was "Business as usual".
I have had conversations from David Louie at the Bank of Hawaii in which he tells me that there was a PROBLEM between myself and Elizabeth. There was never a problem. She never communicated with us. She didn't call us to tell us dad was sick A witness from Palau testified that she witnessed Elizabeth turning the ringer on the phone down so my dad Elvin would not hear the phone calls coming in. She isolated him pure and simple.
But of course you knew all of this right? |
