My lawyer was there on the 5th I didn't need to be there. We have a case, a very strong case.
What Elizabeth, her attorneys, The Bank of Hawaii had not counted on was the love of a daughter and the tenacity and endless financial resources (My dad's casino investments which I don't think Elizabeth knows about) to see that his wishes are fulfilled. I will never stop. You might want to let Elizabeth know that. I would but she doesn't return our phone calls, and her lawyer doesn't either. He never has.
My daughter is Elvin's granddaughter, and they were very close. In fact at one time ALL of us were close but something happened between Elizabeth and my dad towards the end and my father was going to divorce her but he became too ill. His last few weeks he declined rapidly and was in and out of the hospital for dehydration. Elizabeth was supposed to be taking care of him IF that were the case he would not have been going back and forth to the hospital. And the "Fall in the bathroom" was quite severe. My dad couldn't walk on his own and yet SHE was taking him downstairs to the Waipuna offices to meet with Ralph Shumway to sign documents and taking him to the Bank of Hawaii |
