My name is Eric Stevens, and I live in Denver, Colorado, in the United States. For months, I have had a great, almost overwhelming desire to learn how to interpret bones. It would be very difficult for me to travel to Africa, because I am fairly poor. I am writing to you to ask, do you know how can I, overseas from you, can learn to interpret bones? I do keep an altar to my ancestors, and I do it in what I understand is primarily an African-American or African fashion - although I am mainly European-American (also, La Muerta, the Saint of Death from Mexico is in that altar). However, nobody I talk to knows how to interpret the bones; it seems to have been lost around here. One person remembered her Dad going outside and throwing bones, but she never learned. There are locally many other root forms of divination, but not bones. If I learn how to interpret the bones, I would only use this for personal use, and for family and friends - and never for monetary gain. This is something I feel I really need to learn somehow.
