I have Win 98 2nd ED as my OP system; when I try to shut it down thru start, shut down, it shuts all the way down & then reboots. Do you have any idea's? T
You may want to re-install or update your video driver. A corrupted driver is a common reason for this behavior. If you customized your shutdown screen, you may want to undo that as well.
When using win explorer on(Vista Home Premium) I right click on a thumbdrive to get the properties and get Runtime Error 217 at 08E477A2. This happens when I right click on the C: drive also. Any suggestions?
